Ethiopia Organic Sidamo Guji (Organic)

From Ethiopia's ancient coffee forests, this wild-harvested Sidamo Guji grows in volcanic highlands where coffee originated. These organic beans develop delicate florals, rosewater notes, dry peach, and a naturally sweet acidity. The light-medium roast was developed to preserve the bean's origin character and centuries of coffee tradition.
